We want every patient and doctor to have a fair experience on Doctorz. This page explains how to raise a complaint and who to contact, in line with the Consumers’ Rights Protection Act 2009 and the Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines.
Please contact us with your name, the booking or account involved, and a clear description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible — normally within about 72 hours.
If your complaint is about how we handle your personal data, contact our data-protection officer above. You have rights under the Personal Data Protection Ordinance 2025, described in our Privacy Policy.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may escalate it to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) under the Consumers’ Rights Protection Act 2009, or to the relevant data-protection authority for data matters.
This process is governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Dhaka.
