This Acceptable Use policy sets out what you may and may not do on Doctorz. It applies to everyone — patients and doctors — and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. You must not
- provide false information, impersonate another person, or create accounts for someone else without authority;
- use the platform for anything unlawful, or to harass, threaten or abuse others;
- attempt fraud, including misusing the wallet, payouts or the Platform Fee, or arranging payments to avoid fees;
- post fake reviews, or content you do not have the right to share;
- upload malware, attempt to break security, scrape data, or disrupt the service;
- share your account credentials or let others consult under your identity;
- record, photograph or screen-capture a video consultation, or share any part of one, without the clear agreement of everyone taking part;
- rely on the platform for medical emergencies (see the Medical Disclaimer).
2. Doctors
Doctors must consult only within their BMDC registration and the BMDC Telemedicine Guidelines, keep patient information confidential, and not solicit patients to move off-platform to avoid fees or oversight.
3. Consequences
Breaking these rules may lead to content removal, suspension, or permanent removal of your account, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities where required.
4. Reporting misuse
If you see misuse, please tell us through the Grievance & Complaints page so we can act.
