This Doctor Agreement applies to every doctor who lists and consults on Doctorz. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
You must hold a valid BMDC registration to consult on Doctorz. We verify your registration against BMDC records. An account that is not verified within 3 working days of registration may be removed, along with its data.
Once you are verified, changes you make to your public profile are submitted for review and published after approval, so the live profile stays accurate. Doctorz may ask you to correct details, or correct a clear error directly, before publishing.
You set your own consultation fees. Doctorz charges a Platform Fee of 0% on consultations. Your earnings, after the Platform Fee, are paid out on request within about 3 working days (bKash usually instant, bank slower). See Payment, Payout & Platform Fee.
You are the controller of the clinical records and prescriptions you create; Doctorz acts as custodian and stores them securely. You may remove a prescription from your view (it goes to a 60-day trash window first), but the patient always keeps their own copy. You must keep patient information confidential and use it only for the patient’s care.
You provide medical services in your own professional capacity. Doctorz is a technology platform and is not responsible for your medical advice, diagnosis or prescriptions; you are solely responsible for these. See our Medical Disclaimer.
You keep ownership of your profile content but grant Doctorz the limited rights needed to display it and operate the service. You must not upload content you do not have the right to use.
We may suspend or remove an account for loss of BMDC registration, breach of this agreement, or conduct that risks patient safety, in line with applicable law.
You are responsible for any taxes due on your earnings from the platform.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Dhaka.
